The Division received and read into the record a written statement sent by Tara <br />Thomas of the Western Slope Environmental Resource Council ("WSERC"), an objecting party <br />to the matter. The Division addressed the comments submitted by WSERC. <br />8. The 1 l2 permit application submitted by GJPS under File No. M-98-105 meets <br />the requirement of the Construction Materials Act. <br />ORDER <br />Based on the above findings of fact and conclusions of law, the Board ORDERS that the 112 <br />permit application, File No. M-98-105, submitted by GJPS is hereby approved.
