The following indicates Coal Exploration Programs conducted by
Wyoming Fuel Comany at the Golden Eagle Mine. All approvals and
180 day reports associated with these programs are included in
Exhibit 2 of this permit.
o Notice of Intent Permit Number CX-175-17 was issued
October 11, 1984.
o Notice of Intent Permit Number CX=175-17 amend #1 was
issued December 19, 1984.
o Coal Exploration 180-Day report for CX-175-17 was
submitted March 19, 1985.
o Notice of Intent Permit Number CX-175-19 was issued March
3, 1988.
o Coal Exploration 180-Day report for CX-175-19 was
submitted October 15, 1988.
o Notice of Intent Permit Number X-89-175-20 was issued
July 13, 1989.
o Minor Revision Number 10 - 1989 Exploration was approved
May 30, 1989 with Stipulation 42 regarding methane
venting.
o Coal Exploration 180-day report for X-89-175-20 was
submitted December 4, 1989.
