Changes to specific Exhibits are noted in the responses and two (2) copies of all <br />changes to the application have been enclosed and a copy also placed on file with the <br />Lorimer County Clerk and Recorder's Office. , <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Minina and Mining Plan Mapls) of Affected hands <br />1. All of the maps~have now been signed per Rule 6.2.1(b). The drawings also now more <br />clearly identify the 201-acre permit boundary and the slurry wall trench location. The <br />legend has been updated to assist with identifying these items. <br />2. The Phase 1-Cell 4 stockpile has been moved outside the floodway. All of the <br />stockpiles are to occur are outside the floodway during flood season. Temporary <br />stockpiles will occur within the floodway in Phase 2 -Cell 3, however only during the <br />non-flood season, Exhibit C-2 has been modified to clarify this detail. <br />6.4,4 EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan <br />A representative cross-sectional diagram of the slurry wall has been added to Exhibit C-2 on <br />Sheet 2. The owner will be LRM. The slurry wall average square footage per linear foot of <br />slurry wall and total linear feet of slurry wall for each mining phase is shown in the following <br />table: <br />PO Sax 1921.
