(LRM). Changes to specific Exhibits are noted in the responses and two (2) copies of all changes to the application have been enclosed and a copy also placed on file with the Lorimer County Clerk and Recorder's Office. , 6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Minina and Mining Plan Mapls) of Affected hands 1. All of the maps~have now been signed per Rule 6.2.1(b). The drawings also now more clearly identify the 201-acre permit boundary and the slurry wall trench location. The legend has been updated to assist with identifying these items. 2. The Phase 1-Cell 4 stockpile has been moved outside the floodway. All of the stockpiles are to occur are outside the floodway during flood season. Temporary stockpiles will occur within the floodway in Phase 2 -Cell 3, however only during the non-flood season, Exhibit C-2 has been modified to clarify this detail. 6.4,4 EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan A representative cross-sectional diagram of the slurry wall has been added to Exhibit C-2 on Sheet 2. The owner will be LRM. The slurry wall average square footage per linear foot of slurry wall and total linear feet of slurry wall for each mining phase is shown in the following table: PO Sax 1921.
