Re-establish monument in the <br />spring of 1995 and monitor in accordance with note 1. <br />Note 3: Monitor four times per year as close to the end of each calendar quarter as <br />possible and two years after retreat mining has occurred. <br />Note 4: Visually in June before retreat mining and two years after retreat mining has <br />occurred. <br />Note 5: Establish new subsidence monument in the center of panel 21. Monitor semi- <br />annually. Monitor prior to retreat mining and continue monitoring for two years <br />after mining is complete in panels 19-23. <br />Note 6: Re-initiate monitoring of monuments U2, U3, U5 and U9.
