As the Application indicates,
the activity involves merely the leveling of an existing hill.
The affected area consists of only fiYe acres. Fcllowing the
proposed sand removal operation, the affected area will be reseeded
and farmed by Mr. Lee Amato, whose written commitment in this regard
has been filed with your Department.',
A reasonable estimate of the reclamation phase of the project
is:
1. To reseed the area. $100.00
2. To regrade the area $350.00
As we have previously indicated t9 you, it is anticipated that
the applicant will perform all grading that is necessary to insure
the ability of Mr. Amato to farm the land. Mr. Amato has agreed to
reseed the land without cost to the applicant or to the State.
Tha you for your consideration.!
F.
