The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s (TMI) third quarter 2006 Colorado Wastewater Discharge
Monitoring reports, CDPH&E permit No. CO-0032115. TMI's third quarter 2006 DMRs were received by
the Division, on October 26, 2006. The reports cover the time period from July 1, 2006 through September
30, 2006. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)
Four outfalls discharged during third quarter 2006. Outfalls 020 and 021 dischazged routinely throughout
the quarter. Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged in response to precipitation events in September. TMI
measured a precipitation event on 9/15/2006-9/16/2006 of 2.34" in a 24-hour period. The 9/16/2006
precipitation event exceeded a 100-yeaz event. WET tests were conducted for outfalls 020 and 021. No
exceedences of WET test limitations were reported for either outfall.
TMI provided precipitation and temperature records with the DMR forms to document weather conditions
on the site.
