Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s (TMI) third quarter 2006 Colorado Wastewater Discharge <br />Monitoring reports, CDPH&E permit No. CO-0032115. TMI's third quarter 2006 DMRs were received by <br />the Division, on October 26, 2006. The reports cover the time period from July 1, 2006 through September <br />30, 2006. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Four outfalls discharged during third quarter 2006. Outfalls 020 and 021 dischazged routinely throughout <br />the quarter. Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged in response to precipitation events in September. TMI <br />measured a precipitation event on 9/15/2006-9/16/2006 of 2.34" in a 24-hour period. The 9/16/2006 <br />precipitation event exceeded a 100-yeaz event. WET tests were conducted for outfalls 020 and 021.
