Seim 2.02.2 <br />replaced, by running the equipment over the backfilled area during placement of successive lifts. <br />Following backfilling, disturbance areas will be graded to apprordrnately their original configuration <br />and drainage will be reestablished. If the drill site or trenched area was an existing road or other <br />existing disturbance area, the disturbed configuration will be reestablished if needed for future <br />operations and the area will not be immediately reclaimed. For other exploration disturbance areas, <br />reclamation will be completed by scarifying the regraded surface, redistributing stockpiled topsoil, and <br />reseeding the area. <br />2.02.6 -General Coal Exploration Compliance Duties <br />OMI will conduct all exploration and related activities in full compliance with applicable regulatory <br />requirements. In order to assure compliance, the supervising geologist or engineer will be familiar <br />with relevant regulatory perfom~arrce standards and will cooperate fully with authorized DMG <br />personnel. The supervisor will also be resporisible for preparation and submittal of required repons, <br />including the certificate of completion, which will be filed per Section 2.02.6(3)(h)(u), for each <br />exploration program upon completion of trench or drillhole abandonment and reclamation of related <br />disturbance areas. <br />2.02.7 -Sale of Coal for Testing Purposes <br />OMI does not anticipate that any coal extracted in conjunction with exploration activities will be sold <br />for testing purposes. <br />2.02.8 -Public Availability of Information <br />Except in such circumstances where OMI determines that disclosure of exploration information may <br />• effect the compan}~s competitive rights, exploration information submitted to the DMG under <br />applicable provisioris of this section will be filed with the pemut application in the County Clerk and <br />Recorder's Office. This information will be available for public inspection unless OMI requests and <br />the DMG issues a determination of confidentiality. <br /> <br />PR04 2.02-4 Revised August 2000 <br />
