<br /> <br />EXHIBIT G <br />WATEIF INFORMATION <br />Y <br />The sand and gravel operation will have minimal affect on sur <br />ground water systems in the affected area. <br />There are no tributary water courses, wells, springs, stock po <br />reservoirs, or ditches on the affected lands. The Arkansas Ri <br />however, passes directly along [he southern boundary of the pe <br />area. <br />The bearing aggregate is within the Arkansas River aquifer. <br />:e or <br />No dewatering operations will occur. The pit will be maintain d as a <br />closed system with no discharge. As such, no NPDES permit wil be <br />necessary. All runoff from disturbed areas, stockpiles, and o erating <br />areas will report to the pit area. <br />Water requirements for the operation will be only that which i <br />required for duet suppression on the haul road (estimated to b 2,000 <br />gallons per day on 190 days/year). This water will be deliver d by <br />the water truck from the company's main plant area. <br />Evaporation losses resulting from the remaining lake (3.2 acre feet <br />per surface acre) will be covered by the unused water rights o the <br />Pueblo Pit (NERD Permit 78-123) and Well No. W-163. <br />r <br />
