On the atl <br />copy of an aerial photo you loaned Mr. Tully, I have delineate <br />we consider as the ordinary high water mark (ORWM) of the Arl <br />River in the area you plan to mine. In addition to al <br />on the Arkansas River, there ie a small overflow channel <br />appears to carry water each year. If your plan entails mining any area with n the <br />OMWM's as shown on the attached photo it will be necessa y to <br />process an individual 404 permit. <br />If you need access to that area betweeen the Arkansas an <br />small channel, a bridged or culverted temporary crossing t <br />placed across the small channel.
