Freauencv and Samnle Twe <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part <br />IA.1, the permittee shall monitor all effiuent parameters at the following frequencies. Such monitoring will begin <br />i¢anediately end last for the life of the permit unless otherwise noted. The results of such monitoring shall be reported on the <br />Dischazge Monitoring Report form (See Part I.E.) <br />a. Such increased frequency shalt also be <br />indicated <br />c. Oil and Grease Monitoring <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall <br />be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately <br />to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the <br />DMR. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions. <br />Last Revised 8/28/2003 <br />
