~ .Permit No. CO-002275, <br />County: Sagvache <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER TAE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br />amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") <br />Lodestar Energy, Inc. <br />is authorized to dischazge from the Munger Canyon Mine located in sections 29 & 32, T7S, R102W; 39° 25' 20" <br />North latitude, 108° 45' 20" West longitu e; north of Loma, CO, to unnamed tributaries to Munger Creek in <br />accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and II <br />hereof. All dischazges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final pemut <br />determination, per the Colorado Dischazge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1). Should the applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, the <br />applicant must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS and the Colorado Dischazge Permit System Regulations. <br />~~`~ 'lure to contest any-such effiuent limitation, monitoring requirement, or other condition, constitutes consent to <br />tie condition by the Applicant. <br />This pemrit and the authorization to dischazge shall expire at midnight, October 31, 2008 <br />Issued and Signed this I1 to day of September, 2003 <br />LORADO PARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIItONMENT <br />r~ <br />Mark T.
