No top soil has been saved and it probably <br />would not be worth while to try to save any. <br />G. The sand and gravel will be excavated with a <br />front-end loader and loaded onto county dump <br />trucks for transportation the site of need. <br />D. The pit area is in rough hilly country so the <br />operation will be conducted in such a manner <br />as to leave a configuration similar to the <br />surrounding area. <br />E. There will be no water rights involved as there <br />is no surface or sub-surface water. <br />F. The affected area covers less than one acre <br />and at an approximate depth of less than 5'. <br />G. There willte no effect on wildlife as a result <br />of this operation, and no mitigating measures <br />will be needed. <br />H. Tlie material to be mined will be sand and <br />gravel for road maintena6ee. <br />
