The operators will <br />commit not intercept the goundwater at any time during mining. <br />E) Bulk storage of fuel and lubricant will be stared on site in proper containers, <br />As required by the EPA secondary containment must also be provided. The <br />operator will build earthen berms with a Geomembrane Flexible Liner (HDPE). <br />The size of the structure will not be determined until the containment vessels aze <br />on site at which time the necessary calculation will be done and the proper size <br />structures will be built. Please see the new drawing attached labeled SPCC <br />Location Map & Detail dated 3/10/07. <br />III) EXHIBIT "E" Reclamation Plan <br />A) The operator will not exceed the 20 acres of affected area at any one time. The <br />slopes will be 3H: 1 V or flatter, and between 4" and 8" of topsoil will be placed <br />back for an average of 6" of topsoil. Post Mining is rangeland and a weed control <br />plan will be followed for the life of the mine and for reclamation. <br />IV) EXHIBIT "G" WATER INFORMATION <br />A) A Storm Water Permit has been applied for from the Colorado Department <br />of Public Health and Environment, and the STORM WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PLAN will be on site for review. As stated the operator <br />will not intercept Bound water. <br />V) EXHIBIT "H"- NO COMMENT. <br />VI) EXHIBIT "I" SOILS INFORMATION <br />A) The operator wilt place topsoil at a rate of 6" average, between 4" and 8". <br />VII) EXHIBTTS "T' & "K"- NO COMMENT. <br />VIII) EXHIBIT "L" RECLAMATION COST- NO COMMENT. <br />IX) EXHIBITS "M", "N" "O" "P" "Q" & "R»_ NO COMMENT. <br />X) EXHIBIT "S" PERMANENT MAN MADE STRUCTURES <br />A) The operator has identified all the stmctures with in the 200 ft. <br />pemit boundary. <br />B) The ranch road located in the permit boundary will be upgraded to handle haul <br />truck and the road will remain post mining for the landowner to use on the cattle <br />ranch as per their request. A notarized certiScation of ownership for the fences is <br />enclosed with this letter executed by the landowners. <br />C) Please see the attached Executed Encroachment Permit between COLORADO <br />INTERSTATE GAS, CO.
