Conditions appeared stable and acceptable. Pond <br />010 was constructed during July and completed in August. <br />Technical Revision No. 4, Pond 010 As-Built Report and <br />Certification, was approved in November. Per the Division s <br />request, five monitoring pins were set in the top of the <br />embankment and surveyed on November 19, 1996.
