Also <br />enclosed are annual certifications for the impoundments at the <br />site. The certification of the facilities impoundment will also <br />serve as it's as built certification. <br />The above referenced inspections were conducted between the dates <br />of 9/13/94 to 9/20/94. All ponds and check dam structures were <br />accessible and were checked for structural integrity and vegetation <br />cover on the outslopes. The ponds were surveyed and sounded to <br />insure that adequate storage existed for the designed storm events. <br />All ponds were found to be structurally sound and functioning <br />properly. <br />Since no objection was raised from the 2nd quarter inspections <br />regarding the removal of the first two check dams from the <br />inspection list, they are not included in the inspection log. <br />Should you have any questions regarding these reports, please <br />contact me at the Edna Mine site. <br />Sincerely, <br />C\ 1• ~ <br />David Beverlin <br />Resident Engineer <br />cc: Mine File <br />
