Tony Waldron <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Room 215 <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Re• DMG File # M 200] 046 (Reeular 112 Permit Application Flledk~Owens <br />Brothers e'onerete Company for the Nix Property in Weld Coanty) <br />Dear Mr. Waldron: <br />This letter follows up on an August 3, 2001 phone conversation with Mazk Held of <br />the Colorado Attorney Creneral's Office concerning the referenced matter, Irt that conversation, Mr. <br />Held coafirrned that it was not necessary to submit fornrs entitled "Authorization Ta Represent A <br />Party" with respect to my representation of the persons identified in my July l9, 2001 letter of <br />abjection or with respect to those persons' use of a water resources consultant as a witness. <br />However, Mr. Held did request a letter supplementing my July 19 letter and clarifying that I am not <br />representing a formally organized group but rather a number of individual persons or entities. <br />This letter is intended to clarify that the entity known as the "Wilson Fatms group" <br />to which I referred in my July 19 letter is not a formally organized associa8on,corporation, or other <br />legal entity. Rather, it is an informal "neighborhood" group comprised of the persons and entities <br />identified in the altachnlent to my July 191ctter. Thus, for purposes of identi "tying We parties on <br />whose behalf I am appearing in this matter, you should refer to the persons and entities in the <br />attachment to the July 191etter. {Forcase of reference; I have gone ahead and included another copy <br />of that attachment. I ]lave also re-titled it to indicate that it is a list of represented parties). <br />Please note that, as indicated in the July 191etter, each of the persons and entities in <br />the allachnlellt are concerned about the adverse impacts the proposed gavel mining project will <br />have an their domestic and/or irrigation walls. The subject well permit numbers and well locations <br />of these persons and entities are identified in the attachment {except with respect to Mt. I{niffen and <br />the Heintzelmans.
