<br />The following describes the mine permit boundary.
<br />The Somerset Coal Mute is located north of the Town of Somerset, which a nine miles
<br />northeast of Paonia, Colorado on I~ighway 133. The North Fork of the Gunnison River is
<br />1«ated due south of the Town of Somerset. The Sanborn Creek Mute u located
<br />approximately one mile east of the Town of Somerset at a 1«ation that is nosh of I-Lghway
<br />133. The Elk Creek Mme is located approximately one mile north of the Town of Somerset
<br />in the mine of Elk Creek drainage.
<br />The Somerset Mute, Sanborn Creek Mtne, and Elk Cteek Mine Permit Area a 1«ated on the
