Mr. James B. McArdle
February 10, 1982
Page Two

information necessary for the Public Hearing, please advise
by letter or phone. We earlier forwarded to you a proof of
publication and I trust the same is in order. The proof of
notification of adjoining landowners will be forthcoming
shortly.
One additional r,~atter has cropped and that is that
the applicant and the Estate of E11is B. Webster are in the
process of obtaining proper Court Orders to authorize the
sale of both of the subject gravel pits and by reason of the
present status of the Court proceedings, both the Estate and
the applicant desire a continuance of the forthcoming hearing
of February 24-25th if the same can be accomplished without
triggering the imposition of the penalties and fines assessed
at the October meeting of the Board. I would appreciate your
reviewing this matter with the staff to see if we could get
an extension of time on the penalty assessment matter and
further, of course, an extension of the public hearing for
an additional month.
I or Mr. Fattor would be more than happy to review
this matter with you by telephone if you desire.
Thank you very much. _./)
Yours v uIy,
/', t~-
ti
Peter Cosgriff
P D' mh
cc: Joseph A.
