Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />I) EXHIBIT "A" &"B" ADEQUATE <br />II) EXHIBIT "C" Pre -Mining & mining plan maps. <br />A) Rule 6.4.3 (a) requires the operator to identify all adjoining surface owners <br />of record. However, on the map, south side of the permit area designated <br />by the # 6a note on the map states, `ownership in this area is being <br />researched",please explain. <br />B) Has the operator identified all owners name, type of structures and <br />location of all significant, valuable and permanent man- made structures <br />contained on the area of affected land and within 200 feet of the affected <br />land in accordance with Rule.6.4.3 (g)? <br />III) EXHIBIT "D" MINING PLAN. <br />A) ON page 8, the operator states, topsoil, overburden, and sand and gravel <br />will be excavated by front-end loaders, dozers or scrappers and will be <br />transported to the plant site by truck, conveyor, or front-end loader. <br />Exhibit "L" did not include warranty calculations for a removal of a <br />conveyer system. Please include the dimension of the conveyer structures <br />we can determine the reclamation warranty needed to remove and haul pr <br />burry the conveyer system. <br />B) h3 the mining plan map, you have indicated that you will provide 300 feet <br />set back from the riverbank.
