Modification Sua easioa or Revocation of Permits B the Division Continued (iv) Promulgation of tonic effluent staadarda or prohibitiana (including any schedule of compliance specified in such effluent standard or prohibition) which are established wader Section 307 of the Clean Water Act, where such a tonic pollutant is present is the discharge sad such standard or prohibition is more atriageat than nay limitation for such pollutant in this permit. b) This permit may be modified is whole or in part due to a change in anq condition that requires either a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the permitted discharge, such as: (1) Promulgation of Water Quality Standards applicable to waters affected by the permitted discharge; or (11) Effluent limitations or other requirements applicable pursuant to the State Act or federal requirements; or (111) Control regulations promulgated; or (iv) Data submitted pursuant to Part I.B indicates a potential for violation of adopted Water Quality Standards or stream classifications. (v) Removal of a temporary modification to a stream standard thereby requiring the application of the stream standard. c) This permit may be modified in whole or in part to include new effluent limitations and other appropriate conditions where data submitted pursuant to Pazt I.B.3 indicates that such effluent limitations sad aonditiona are necessary to ensure compliance with applicable water quality standards and protection of classified uses. - d) At the request of the permittee, the Division may modify or terminate this permit if the following conditions are met: Code: i - 31 Date: 1-84, revised 12-88
