A. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Effluent Limitations For Outfalls 001. 002. 004 and O15
Beginning immediately and lasting through July 31, 1997, the permittee is authorized
to discharge within the limitations specified below, from outfalls 001, 002, 004 and
015.
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent
Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section
6.9.2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations or
daily mass pollutant loadings which exceed the following limitations.
