Bingham: <br />I have received your reply to my adequacu review and feel thaC you have <br />adequately answered all of my concerns. I also agree with your suggested <br />financial warranty amount of $600.00 and will plan to recommend that amount <br />to our Board. <br />This matter wilt be considered as a "no problem", written presentation during <br />the October 27-28, 1982 Board meeting. Therefore, you will not need to be <br />present at the meeting. Part of my approval recommendation wilt be a <br />recommendation for lifting of the cease and desist order upon receipt and <br />approval of your financial and performance warranties (and issuance of your <br />permit. <br />I am quite sure that the Board will agree with my financial warranty recom- <br />mendation of 5600.00. Therefore, I suggest that you begin preparation of <br />your warranties as soon as possible. I believe that I already sent you a <br />performance warranty form and a financial warranty form.
