7/29/2004 Rfg up Key Energy on well. Pull 2493' (all) of the 41fi" long strvlg.
7/30/2[104 Set calf iron bridge plug in the kmg T' casing string at 1725'. Cut411z" short string ®1750'. Pulled 1750' of 41fz" short string.
8/2/2004 Attempted to set cast iron bridge plug in short T' casing but the bridge plug hung up at 546'. Pulled out of wireline rope socket
8/3/2004 - 8/10/2004 Fished bridge plug setting tool. Drilled out bridge plug with 61/8" bit
8/11/2004 Set cast iron bridge plug in T' short casing at 1724. Pressure checked both long and short T' casings. Neither 7" casings held
pressure for 30 minutes. Rig down Key Energy.
An MIT was performed on 8/27/04. Both of the7" maings failed the MIT.
On 9/6/04, Cudd Pressure Control tripped coil tubillg th the bridge plugs and ffaltiburton pumped 239 sacks of Type G, 35% SSA-1, 02%
CFR-3,15.6 #/gal, t.55 ft3/sack cement ill each T' casing string for a total of 478 sacks for the well
On 9/10/04, the wellhead was cutdown and the 7" casings capped.
