An MIT was performed on 8/26/04. Both of the T' casing strings failed the MIT.
On 9/8/01, Cudd Pressure Control tripped coil tubing ro the bridge plugs and I-Ialliburton pumped 246 sacks of Type G, 35% SSA-1, 02%
CFR-3, 15.6 #/gal, 1.55 ft3/sack cement in long string 7" casing and 295 sacks m the short string casing of the same blend for a rorat of 491
sacks for the well.
On 9/13/04, the wellhead was mtdown and the T' casings capped.
