In the information we faxed to you on October 21, we noted the 100 year flood plain of <br />Maryland Creek. <br />B(2). The applicant eomnrits to submitting a Technical Revision descn~bing the conswction plans, <br />alignmem, and siring of the augmentation pond prior to the pond being lined. <br />C(1). The applicant commits to adding a test for oil and grease onto the list of quarterly <br />groundwater testing paratneters. <br />D(2), Also, in our fax submittal to you we inchided details on the size and location of the proposed <br />spillways. The scale on the exhibit showing the two detention ponds and spillways is 1 "=200'. <br />The detention ponds were sized to handle the 1 U0.year event, The spillways will, therefore, <br />only be used for events greater than the 100-yrar. The 2.3 acre-feet detention ponds will, <br />therefore, handle both the 10-year and 100.year events. <br />f~j o02 <br />
