i • <br />• LAND RECLAMATION BOARD ~. <br />Department of Natural Resources e`~ <br />215, 1845 Sherman St. Telephone: 892-3401 ti <br />er, Colorado 80203 <br />' OPEN MINING PERMIT <br />n. <br />THIS PERMIT is issued this 22 day of April, 1975, by the Land <br />Reclamation Board, Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado: <br />WITNESSETH ``? <br />WHEREAS, Traasit Mix desires to operate an open mine, known as 'f111 <br />' ~~ <br />the Daniels Sand Pit, for the purpose of extracting sand and gravel for <br />~t <br />commercial marketing; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Land Reclamation Board has received an application i, <br />for such operation, a fee and a bond as required by law; and, <br />~. <br />t <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Land Reclamation Board, for the ,~~, <br />. ~. <br />purposes of issuing this permit, that the method of operation, physical <br />• appearance, and timetable are reasonable in view of the public interest <br />41 <br />in physically attractive surroundings and completion of the operation ae ~i <br />soon ae practicable; and, ;•, <br />WHEREAS, for the purposes of issuing this petit, the operator <br />has made a satisfactory showing to the Board that his operation will sot <br />adversely affect the stability of any man-made structure on the area of <br />,~ the affected land and within two hundred feet of all boundaries of such <br />1 <br />area. <br />• <br />
