See RULE 3 (for Limited Impact) <br />or RULE 4 (for Special 10-day) for additional guidance. <br />E~1IIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be who'._ly adequate for <br />field location of the property. It can be Ln the fora of metes wind bounds survey <br />or a description by reference to township, range, and section to at least the <br />nearest quarter quarter section. Z,ihere applicable, the street acidness or lot <br />number(s) may be used. <br />EXF?IBIT B - :-Lining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phr.sas or stages of <br />the operation and those portions of land affected by each. All immediately adjacent la^.do•.n,:rs must be shown. <br />The closest quarter section corner, section line, or any other lncateable point <br />should also be shown on the map. <br />E.'ffIIBiT D - Wildlife, !Dater P.eso,:rces, Vegetation and Soils Izform::t_:n <br />Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlir.:~d in the <br />applicable Rule, under item number tea (10). <br />E.~-lIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of .he met?:ods, <br />equipment, phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of <br />land affected by each. If possible, the p'_an should be closaly ~:orrela[ed <br />with the map. If not, the narrative must be comprehens~:e e-~ou~ii to dra:r an <br />accurate verbal picture of the e:;pected physical appearance of to area after <br />completion of reclamation. <br />EYHIBIT F - Proof of Local Gcvern.:.ent Approval <br />This must be a letter from the local government specifying conformance with <br />existing zoning regulations. <br />E.'ffiIBIT G - Source of Legal .Right to Enter <br />This could be a copy of the lease, deed, abstract of title, or current ta:c <br />receipt.
