This drainageway enters the Canadian River 1.75 <br />miles to the northeast of the permit area. About 2,000 feet <br />north of the Bourg property there is a stock watering <br />reservoir in Mann Draw. There are no springs on or near the <br />Bourg property. <br />Appendix A is a report by Leonard Rice Consulting Water <br />Engineers, Inc. on sedimentation ponds, ditches and the <br />culvert at Mann Draw along the haul road. During mining and <br />until bond release, surface water will exist in sedimentation <br />ponds. <br />Surface water flow is being <br />recorder and a parshall flume <br />Draw. Localized sandy zones <br />within these formations, though small and discontinuous, are <br />the principal sources of ground water. Ground water occurs in <br />~ - I <br />
