The issuance of a permit is contingent
upon your satisfying the Reclamation Bonding requirements (the Hoard set
the bond amount at $5,000.00). we will issue a Permit to you as soon as
we have received, reviewed, and approved the appropriate surety and bonding
forms. The development and/or operation of a mine prior to Permit issuance
constitutes a violation of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act of 1976,
Article 32 of Title 34 CRS 1973, as amended (HB 1065, 1976 Session Laws).
If you need assistance, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~~ ~~~
Peter H.
