PART I <br />Paged G <br />Permit No. CO-0038776 <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />2. Burden of Proof Requirements <br />The permittee has the burden of proof when seeking relief from tarn! suspended solids (TSS), rotal iron aadlor settleable <br />solids (SS) limitations. Discharge from outfalls 007, 011, 012 and 013 ate not eligible for this exemption. Outfalls 002 <br />and 004 ate eligible for relief from TSS, total iron and SS; however, the majority of the loading from nay discharge has <br />m consist of storm runoff foc the relief to be available. The Division shall determine the <br />adequary of proof. Compliance Schedule -Salinity Report <br />The pertninee shall submit to the Division by December 1. 1995, a repon addressing the economic feasibility of <br />achieving no salt in all discharges or. if that is not feasible. m+nimis+ng the sal[ iII all discharge from [his facility.
