Compliance Schedule - Salini[v Report (continued) <br />The permit[ee shall specifically address a minimum of three forms of treatment and/or containment for each point. The <br />repott shall describe in detail each form of treatmen[/containment, the associated coas[ruc[ion costs, the annual operating <br />costs, the expected resulting salt loading that would result from such treatment/containmen[, adescription of how solids <br />removed would be disposed of to prevent reentering surface or ground waters and other information pettinen[ to a <br />demonstration of the impractibiliry of salt removal. The perntinee shall indicate which option is the preferred option. The <br />Division will review this report. If the Division de[ettttines that it is economically infeasible to construct salt <br />removal/minimization facilities, no further action shall be required. If dte Division determines that such construction is <br />necessary, the permit may be reopened to make appropriate modifications. <br />No later than l4 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of compliance, the perminee shall <br />submit either a report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required by identified dates, a written notice of <br />compliance or noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next scheduled requirement. <br />in any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, failure to obtain the Division's approval shall no[ <br />be considered a violation of the permit unless the Division shows that absence of approval or disapproval has resulted from <br />[he failure of the permit[ee to furnish information reasonably required or requested in order to process the compliance <br />schedule. <br />B. MONITORING REQUIItEMENTS <br />1. Frequency and SamQe Tvoe <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance with the effluent limitations specified in Patt <br />i.A.l, the permittee shall monitor all effluent pazameters a[ [he following frequencies. Such monitoring will begin <br />immediately and last for the life of the permit unless otherwise noted. The results of such monitoring shall be repotted on <br />• the Dischazge Monitoring Report (See Pan 1.B.2.). <br />(a) Outfalls 002 and 004 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow.
