Please refer to the renewal rarionale dated February 16, 1995, for a detailed esplanarion ojhow <br />these efJluem limitations were determined. The monitoring frequencies are the same as for outfalls 005, 006, 008 and <br />009 also. <br />An unrelated change is being made to Pan 1.8.2. of the permit. EPA Region V/II has reorganized since the permit was issued <br />in /995. The new section within EPA that should receive copies of DMRs is shown in the amended Pan /. B.2. Please note this <br />change when preparing DMRs for mailing. <br />VI. PERM/T CHANGES <br />Pages 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, l0, Il and 12 of the permit are amended by this action and new Figures 7, 8 and 9 are added. <br />Because the permit pagination has already been established, the pages for these new figures will be labelled as pages 30a, 30b <br />and 30c, respecrivety. <br />!on C.
