Water may percolate <br />through the underlying gravels. This water may also be <br />recirculated back into the plant operations. <br />Sediment and concrete from "washing out" operations may be <br />recycled in the concrete plant mix, crushed aggregate road <br />base or other gravel products. <br />10. Reclamation Plan, Section Q - Benching Methods <br />a. These areas will <br />not be "affected" by mining operations or subject to the <br />reclamation requirements of this permit. However, topsoil <br />may be spread along the shorelines to enhance the <br />vegetative growth. If topsoil is spread in these areas it <br />will be seeded. <br />b. It is not known at this time if a road will be constructed <br />along the south shoreline of the existing pit to gain <br />access to the Grant/Winograsky property. If a road is <br />constructed it will be reclaimed and seeded. <br />
