Specific responses to your comments follow. <br />A. The requested permit boundary and coal lease boundary aze added to the attached map. <br />B. The requested USGS section-township-range boundaries aze added to the attached map. <br />C. The requested surface ownership boundaries aze added to the attached map. <br />D. Confirmation that all areas inside Trapper Mine's permit boundary have obtained <br />cleazance for T&E species can be found in Sections 2.4.2 (wildlife) and 2.3.5 (plants) of <br />the Trapper Mine DMG Permit application document (C-81-010). <br />E. Trapper is in the process of working with our bond company and will forward an <br />executed exploration bond to the Division as soon as it is finalized. <br />We appreciate the rapid evaluation and response of this NOI by the Division.
