Existing water level was at the maximum level line. <br />Aquatic plant growth in southwest corner of pond, dormant <br />Recent overflow of pond to the north eroded the face of the bluff. Some <br />filling/repair has been accomplished, but the bottom part of erosion needs fill <br />material. <br />Small breaks in hypalon lining on south end, on top of pond, above high water <br />IeveL Two (2) tears in hypalon lining on east end, below high water level; needs <br />repair. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my professional expertise, the Recycle <br />Impoundment Pond No. 2 at the Southfield Mine is being maintained in conformance with <br />the prudent state-of--the-art of earthen embankment construction. <br />I hereby certify, based upon my field observations and professional investigations, <br />as detailed here above, that the Recycle Impoundment Pond No. 2 at Energy Fuels Coal, <br />Irtcorporated's Southfield Mine,. located in Fremont County, Colorado, is being <br />maintained in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Lsnd Reclamation Division. <br />ay: <br />
