He asked if there were any corrections or additions to be made <br />on the December 18, 1979 minutes. Hearing none he asked for a motion <br />to approve the minutes as presented. Jerry Kiefer made a motion to <br />accept the minutes. His motion was seconded by Bette Kountz. A unanimous <br />vote of "aye" was cast by all to accept them as presented. <br />APPLICANT: Jack Vaughn Tape 8 - Side 1 <br />^ASE NUMBER: N/A <br />_UBJECT: Request under Section 13.C.(1) of the Weld County Subdivision <br />Regulations for a building permit on an illegal parcel <br />LEGAL DESCRZPTION: Tract 6, Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision <br />LOCATION: 2 miles northeast of Fort Lupton <br />APPEARANCE: Jack Vaughn <br />DISCUSSION: Mr. Otis first asked that Section 13.C.{1) of the Weld <br />County Subdivision Regulations be read which was read by Tom Honn. <br />He brought the Planning Commission up-to-date as to how the illegal <br />parcel occurred and why it is illegal according to the Weld County <br />Subdivision Regulations. This was brought to the attention of the <br />Planning staff when Mr. Vaughn tried to get a building permit for a <br />modular mobile home on the property. Mr. Suckla site viewed the proper~y <br />and distributed pictures to the Planning Commission he had taken of <br />the site. Discussion followed among the members. <br />MOTION: Be it therefore resolved to recommend approval to the Board of <br />County Commissioners for the issuance of a building permit on the <br />illegal parcel. Motion by Jerry Kiefer, seconded by Frank Suckla.
