Permit No. CO-0032115 Deaz Ms. Lenkey: Enclosed are Trapper Mine's Fourth Quarter 1999 Colorado Wastewater Dischazge Monitoring Reports for the period 10/1/99-12/31/99. During this quarter, two NPDF.S outfalls were active. Outfalls 001 and 002 dischazged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfalls 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 019, and 020 did not discharge during the quarter. Outfall 018 is associated with a sediment pond that has not yet been constructed. No discharge is reported for this outfall. Values reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or minimum as applicable) monthly/daily values generated at each outfall during the quarter. Also enclosed are monthly NOAA weather summaries for the reporting period, seep volume data for site 011, and WET test report forms as applicable. Two outfalls were sampled for WET analyses during the applicable reporting periods. A two species acute test was completed at outfall 001 during the fourth quarter and a single species test (C. dubia) was completed at outfall 002 in July. No exceedences of WET test limitations were observed at either outfall. No exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred during the quarter. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
