Is this correct? <br />2. What material will be used to establish (backfill) highwalls? <br />3. 41e assume that the access road is included as part of the permit area. <br />Please provide plans for reclaiming it. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. four reclamation plans for this site are excellent, however, I would <br />suggest that you broadcast or drill your seed before applying mulch <br />since this will get you better seed to soil con ac If seed is <br />t~roadcast, the area should be harrowed following seeding to bury the <br />steed. We <br />recommend immediate fencing to protect the topsoil stockpiles and <br />t~ecause of the already existing 20-25 feet highwalls.
