Please refer to this RULE concerning complian a with <br />local government zoning, as well. i <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Min d Land <br />Reclamation Board is Dec. 18&19 1985. You should commence pub ication of <br />a notice of the filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side for <br />notice format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE 3.2 Because <br />the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do no include <br />it in your notice. For Limited Impact permit applications, the fin 1 date for <br />filing of objections, which must be stated in the publication, must be 48 <br />hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, 1 ss <br />confidential items, with the Morgan County Clerk and Recorder Any <br />subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our office must also <br />be made in this local government copy. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board recommends that all mine operators check <br />compliance of their mining operation(s) with State water law.
