Box 187 <br />Division Director <br />Craig, CO 81626 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, Third Quarter 2004 DMR Review <br />Deaz Mr. Self: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s Third Quarter 2004 Colorado Wastewater Discharge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's third quarter 2004 DMRs were received by the Division, on November 1, 2004. <br />The reports cover the time period from July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. Timely submittal of <br />these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Four outfalls dischazged during third quarter 2004. Outfalls 002, 011, 020 and 021 dischazged during third <br />quarter. No reported pazameters were found to be in excess of CPDS standards for the ponds that <br />discharged. WET tests were conducted for outfalls 011, 020 and 021. No WET test was submitted for <br />Outfa11002. No exceedences were reported for any of the dischazges.
