A copy of a Certificate of Mailing signed by my secretary <br />listing all of the adjacent property owners to the approximate <br />72 acre plot owned by James D. Braley. Jim Braley also is <br />on that Certificate of Mailing. To that is attached copies <br />in the order that the persons or entities appear on the Certifi- <br />cate of Mailing of, first the mailing receipt showing to whom <br />Notice was mailed, when it was mailed, and then following <br />that is a copy of the card returned showing by whom Notice <br />was received and when. Then finally, attached to the Certificate <br />of Mailing following these evidences of remittance and receipt, <br />is the Notice itself. <br />2. Next, is a copy of the Notice to the Publisher which is the <br />same public notice sent to the adjacent land owners, except <br />that it has a Notice to the Publisher on the bottom instructing <br />the Douglas County Press to publish on November 8th and 15th, <br />as the two consecutive publications one week apart. <br />3. Finally, is the original Proof of Publication by the newspaper <br />as to two consecutive publications as required by law. <br />4. A copy of the letter to the Clerk and Recorder of Douglas <br />County remitting the Application submitted to the State for <br />the Clerk and Recorder in order that any interested party <br />may review that Application. To the copy of this letter is <br />also attached a copy of the receipt we have for remittance <br />of this to the Clerk and Recorder, and then a copy of the <br />return receipt which was requested pursuant to the mailing. <br />November 19, 1979, <br />
