There were no observed <br />discharges from OutFail 002A during the quarter. <br />Discharge from Outfall 001A was observed on April 3, 11 and 17, 2007, which were a <br />result of a faulty principal spillway structure. The 12-inch watennan headgate on the <br />barrel pipe is not property sealed and is leaking. In addition, water leaks into the barrel <br />pipe through two small holes along the bottom of the pipe. Measured flow rates were <br />2.4 gpm (0.0035 MGD) on April 3'd 1,0 gpm (0.001 MGD) on April 11"' and 2.5 gpm <br />{0.0036 MGD) on April 17"'.
