The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location <br />and nature of the proposed operation. The entire appliption is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") <br />and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to c-~r ~,e-~0.v~d. use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Soil-Conservation Districts before approving o£ the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your corments on the proposed operation.
