AFTER THE FIRST CELL "A" IS <br />EXCAVATED THE SALVAGED TOP SOII. WILL BE SEEDED AND FERTILIZED, <br />PLACED ON EXCAVATED AREA TO FACD.ITATE SOd VIAB[LTY, AND TO <br />CURTAIL EROSION. SEED MD{TURES AND FERTII.IZED RATES ARE <br />PROVIDED IN EXHIBIT E. APPROXIMATELY 4 ACRES WILL BE MINED PER <br />YEAR WITH THE EFFECTED AREA BEING RECLAIMED EACH FALL.
