5. Toxic Pollutants
Notwithstan-?ing Part II, E-4 above, if a toxic effluent standard
or prohitition (including any schedule of coroliance specified in
• such effluent standar:: o prohibition) is estat'_isaed under Section
307 (a) of the k.:t for ~ toxic pollutant which is piesent in the
