NOTICE OF APPLICATION FILING FOR <br />MINED LAND RECLAh1ATION PERMIT <br />1 <br />Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Co r rado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board and the "Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act" of 1976, H.B. 1065, notice is hereby given <br />that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will meet to <br />consider an application by Sterling Ready-Mix Concrete Co., <br />18596 County Road 24, Sterling, Colorado 80751, to conduct <br />a surface mining operation for sand and gravel on lands <br />located in the E/2 SE/4 of Section 28, Township 8 North, <br />' Range 52 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Logan County, <br />Colorado. <br />' Mining and reclamation at this site is estimated to <br />begin in 1977 and be completed in 2005.
