Outtall OO6A flowed all but the last week of the period. Outfall 007A <br />flowed only during the first two weeks of the period. No permit exceedances were noted. <br />Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted for Outtalls 005W and 007W in June 2005. Both tests indicated <br />that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attachments). <br />Outfalls 002A (Pond's, 004A (Pond C}, and OOSA (Pond G) did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during the <br />period. Outfall 020A/020W has not yet been constructed, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A <br />(Outfall 001A/OO1W), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the <br />newly amended permit, effective January 1, 2003. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will <br />be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge. <br />1 certify under penalty o/law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the in/ormation submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false in/ormation, including the <br />possibility o1 fine and imprisonment See 18 U.S.C. § 7001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319. (Penalties under these statutes may <br />include fines up [o $10,000 and/or maximum imprisonment of between 6 months and 5 years.) <br />Brian A.
