The Pemrittee, Louisiarla Land and Gravel Company, LLC desires to c®rdud a mining <br />operation Imown as Angie Pit, for the purpose of extracting gravel. The PermiVee will nd more any secaldary <br />commodities. <br />B. On July 26, 2000 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") approved the Pernittee's <br />application for this permit, fixed the amount of the financial warranty and directed that this permit be issued upon <br />the filing with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") of performance warranty and financial <br />warranty (or warranties) m the amourrt so fixed in form and substance approved by the Division. Said warranties <br />have bear filed with the Division. <br />C. If the Perrlittee desires to extract materials other than those listed m (A), a separate pertnrt may <br />be required. <br />D. On July 26, 2000 the Board made the following findmgs: <br />1. The application for this pemtit cortglGes with the requiremalts of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamati~ Ad forthe Extraction of Construction Materials, C.RS. 34-32.5-101 et ~., as amended, and <br />with all applicable local, state and federal laws; <br />2. The operation will nd adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and <br />pemlarrent man-made structure located within two hundred feet of the Affected land, except where there is an <br />agreement between the Operator and the persons having an interest m the strctrue that damage to the structure is <br />to be compensated for by the Permitrce; and; <br />
