Cattany <br />Division DinMOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed your Limited Impact 110(2) application for the Krehmeyer Pit. <br />Please provide two (2) copies of your response, on or before December 7, 2005, to the adequacy <br />concerns listed below. <br />1) Please indicate whether there will be any stockpile or processing areas located outside the <br />creekbed of Sandy Creek. If so, please describe the acreage involved. <br />2) Please provide a re-vegetation seed mix to be used for the 3.9 acres to be seeded. Please <br />include species and seeding rate for each species. <br />3) The Division recommends that channel side slopes for disturbed areas be re-graded to no <br />steeper than 4:1, and upstream and downstream channel slopes for disturbed areas be re-graded <br />to no steeper than 5:1. Please respond. <br />4) The Division has calculated a total reclamation cost of $7,500 for the project. <br />Once again, we look forward to your response on or before December 7, 2005. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas A.
