• The inventory will consist of positive idenfification of the noxious weed species present,
which are listed in Table 19, on the disturbed and reclaimed surface area of the Eastside
mine, accurate estimation of the infestation size, and detailed location information on a
map of the reclaimed surface facilities area of the Eastside Mine.
The inventory of noxious weeds will be conducted during the 2006 growing season. The
survey will be done in eazly June during the flowering season for the weeds.
The following information will be gathered for each noxious weed inventoried .
1. The common name and scientific name of noxious weed
2. The number of plants or aerial extent (Square footage or acres of infestation)
for each noxious weed species.
3. Designation for each noxious weed encountered showing location of
'infestation.` ' - -_ _ _
4. Any action taken at the time of inventory (Removal of the plant for disposal,
etc.)
The information gathered will be recorded on the following Table of Noxious Weeds,
Table 20.
